Welcome to the first page and outpost of the new OWW! frontier, while much is underdone and has yet to reach the peak of what I'm aiming for. It feels good to flesh out the site!

I'm still quite torn as to the direction for this site I want to take, part of me wants it to stay professional; as a showcase of my upcoming game projects and updates. While on the other hand the fun of personalisation is all too tempting to showcase more of myself (interests, blogs, other hobbies). For now I think I will ride the enjoyment of indie web development with a professional personal style (๑>؂•̀๑).

Currently just moved into april and feeling hopeful to the success of my ambitions for this month, though that sentiment is felt for every month before that, it really comes down to how I deal with setbacks and self-limitations (I am often the root cause for lack of progress... go figure). Been getting into painting alot recently and was thinking/ toying with the idea that maybe I should have a showcase section for that kind of content on this site. It's hard to say just yet as this webpage was expressly made with the sole purpose of showcasing my game projects, however to include other facets could make the site more lively especially with my current lack of site content.. .

But as I mentioned before with my intrigue of expressing more of myself and personality it could be likely to see my art and animated works on the site in the not so distant future.
We shall see what happens I suppose.. .. "( – ⌓ – )

- PADLOOKAY! PILOOKAY! -

Todays blog recommendation is the 1994 film "Faust" (Lekce Faust) by Jan Švankmajer, perhaps the peak of cinema puppetry; the melding of real actors, clay mation, and puppets the size of actors make this film incredibly fun yet undeniably uncanny. This film is quite odd so you can't be blamed if you don't quite understand whats going on at first but give it a fair chance please, the visuals alone are worth the watch and if you can grasp the story it's portrayal of the original German fable of Faust is truly unique!!!~

First Watch Review: ★★★★☆ 4/5 ♥︎

"very much a spectacle to its unique nature of story telling, its best to go in for the visuals and "bleubleubleu" devil noises to then appreciate the entirety of its absurdity."

Boy Update!

Near where I see my therapist there is this one statue of a small boy that each time I walk past is always wearing a new set of clothes and outfits, I don't know who the mastermind of this is but its become quite fun to document the little changes in his style.

This month he is wearing a line patterned button up long sleave with a pullover featuring a sheep pattern overtop, adorned on their feet are hand knit slippers of blue and white. The color scheme of this month quite reminds me of the little prince in the novel "Le Petit Prince" with a similar lightish blue overcoat style, which I just happened to finished reading last month. This months outfit envokes the feeling of the change into autumn, I hope I can inhibit the boy's very obvious bravado and lust for life.

Very stylish!!
